MEDITATION
Meditation makes it easier for children to work within themselves, generating greater self-awareness and greater control of their emotions to benefit their learning process by improving attention, concentration and memory.

Learning both languages in children increases the ability to socialize. Children exposed to multiple languages are more creative and develop problem-solving skills better. The introduction of bilingualism in the education of children should be done naturally.
