Positive Behavior Intervention Program

A positive behavior intervention program has been introduced in all Darshan Academies. For this we have decided on 4 agreements that everyone should aspire to follow at school.

Why did we introduce this program?

  • To help prevent problem behaviors so that classes run normally.
  • For teachers to correct beforehand, model, and practice behavior, just as when learning any other skill, students need to learn and practice expected behavior.
  • To help all staff in the school to respond consistently and positively.
  • To help students understand what adults expect in a variety of settings.
